Services

Vaccines and Preventative Medicine

Dogs should be kept up to date on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccines. Cats should be kept up to date on Rabies, Feline Leukemia, and FVRCP vaccines. During a routine exam we will evaluate your pets eyes, ears, mouth, nose, lymph nodes, skin/hair, lungs, heart, abdomen, musculature, and bones, among other things. We will tell you how to prevent certain diseases, how to care for and manage existing diseases, and notify you of possible problems.

New Puppy/Kitten Exam

Ideally, new puppies and kittens should be seen within a week of adoption to evaluate their health. Puppies will need 4 sets of vaccines within their first 4 months of life
and kittens will need 3 sets of vaccines.
